Who is this Tazie man??
Taz is my 5-year old(?) kitty cat who lives with me in my apartment and keeps me company. he's a huge foody and cuddle bug and is always asking me for food.

Adoption Story
I had just graduated from university, getting into my first full time big girl job, moved into my own apartment in the city, and finally the time came where I was ready to adopt my first cat. I had cat fever in early college and it never went away, so adopting a cat was a long time coming. I was originally looking for a female senior cat with a shy temperment. I'm mildly allergic to cats so I thought a shyer cat would help me not break out as much. But while actively looking on petfinder, my sister's best friend reached out to me about a cat her coworker was trying to find a home for. They found him outside as a stray and unfixed, likely a feral, but he was super friendly. They would've kept him, but he wasn't getting along with their other cats (apparently he was a little bit of a bully). This cat was the complete opposite from what I was looking for: male, outgoing, clingy. However, after meeting this cat, I kept thinking about him, and after my sister kept persuading me that he would be the perfect cat, I ended up adopting him up a few weeks later on 9/9/2024 to take him home and call him my Tazie!^ He's definitely clingy, but unexpectedly I became pretty clingy for him too. I enjoy his cuddles in bed, and his company in my lap while I work on my computer at home. He's a great cat!!
